Order delivery

Delivery
We deliver to countries within the EU and to Norway. If you wish to have your order delivered to another country, please contact us at info@avanetaa.com and we will do our best to meet your request.

We offer free delivery on orders exceeding 1.500 DKK / 200 EUR.

Orders to Denmark:
We ship all domestic orders with GLS, and you can choose between home delivery and delivery to a package shop near you. Orders are normally delivered within 2–5 business days. Price of delivery is DKK 50 if it is not eligible for Free Shipping. 

Orders to EU countries:
We ship all orders to EU countries with GLS, and you can choose between home delivery and delivery to a package shop near you. Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 business days. Price of delivery is €12 if it is not eligible for Free Shipping. 

Orders to Norway:
We ship all orders to Norway with GLS, and you can choose between home delivery and delivery to a package shop near you. Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 business days. Price of delivery is €12 if it is not eligible for Free Shipping. Please note all taxes and customs will be handled by us, so you will not receive any extra charges upon delivery.

Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order has been packed, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online.

If you fail to collect your parcel from a collection point or are absent at the agreed delivery time and location, any redelivery costs will be your responsibility.
