These general terms and conditions for sales and delivery (the “T&C”) apply to the purchase of goods at avanetaa.com, owned and administered by AVANETAA APS, CVR no. 45409570, located at Torvet 1, 4220 Korsør, Denmark (“AVANETAA”, “we” or “us”). By ordering goods from avanetaa.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&C. Please note that these terms may be amended from time to time at AVANETAA’s discretion. Before making a purchase at avanetaa.com, we recommend that you read through our terms and conditions carefully.

All prices on the website include local VAT.
Please note that AVANETAA is not responsible for fluctuations in currency rates; your bank determines the exchange rate that will appear on your credit card statement.

Duties & Taxes
If your country is part of the European Union (EU), you will be charged the applicable tax rate for your location.
For orders outside the EU, you may incur VAT, import duties, and/or taxes upon receipt of your package, which are imposed by customs authorities. However, deliveries to Norway are shipped under the Incoterm DDP. This means that VAT, duties and taxes are included in the price at checkout, and no further charges will apply upon delivery.
AVANETAA ships your package under the Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties, or taxes at checkout, and we cannot predict what specific charges may apply to your order. If you do incur any additional charges, you are solely responsible for paying them. Duties and taxes must be settled before your package can be delivered.
AVANETAA does not cover any additional storage or shipping costs that may arise from delays in customs clearance or duty/tax payments. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
Order confirmation
After placing your order, you will automatically receive an email receipt detailing the products you have ordered. Once we have verified your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email.
Please note that until you receive this order confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel your order in whole or in part due to significant pricing or text errors on the website or if items are out of stock. If this happens, you will be notified by email.
Terms of payment
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact and iDeal in most regions. We offer Mobilepay to customers in Denmark. The full amount will be charged upon receipt of your order, even for pre-ordered items.
Shipping
Products ordered from avanetaa.com can be delivered to countries within the EU, as well as to Norway and the UK. If you would like delivery to a country that is not included in the dropdown menu, please contact us for possible solutions. Delivery will be handled by a courier company as displayed during checkout.
Depending on your selected delivery method, courier transport for in-stock items will typically occur within 1−4 working days from the confirmed dispatch date.
Customers will be notified in advance regarding the delivery date, so please ensure that someone is present at the address during the scheduled delivery. If you are not home at the agreed time, your item may be returned to the warehouse, and you will need to contact us for further assistance.
If the packaging appears damaged or shows visible defects, please qualify your signature on the bill of carriage (i.e., accepting it conditionally) to indicate potential damage to the contents. You have the right to refuse delivery and ask the driver to return the package.
If you discover any damage or defects after unpacking, please reach out to our support team at info@avanetaa.com for assistance. To ensure a timely resolution, please contact us within five days of receiving your order. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Force Majeure
In the event of Force Majeure, AVANETAA obligations are rendered null and void. This means that the contract between you and AVAETAA may be partially or fully terminated by either party.
Definition of Force Majeure: Force Majeure is defined as any event that is beyond our control, which may include but is not limited to: War, Civil war, Revolution, Riots, Governmental actions or measures, Strikes or lockouts, Blockages, Failures of electricity, telephone, or internet services, Natural disasters or similar events. In such circumstances, AVANETAA will make every effort to resolve the situation for our customers as quickly and completely as possible.
Complaints procedure
At AVANETAA, we strive to resolve any disputes with our customers promptly and amicably. If you have a complaint regarding your order or our services, we encourage you to contact us first at info@avanetaa.com. Our customer service team is dedicated to addressing your concerns and finding a satisfactory resolution.
If we are unable to resolve the issue together, and you are a Danish citizen, you may file a complaint with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution at Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. You can submit your complaint through their website at www.forbrug.dk.
For consumers residing in other EU countries, you can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to submit your complaint. This platform allows consumers and traders to resolve disputes related to online purchases. You can access the ODR platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
